Art Concierge Monthly Retainer Package includes:
Everything in the Art Concierge package for each project (see below)
Ongoing research for new art and commissions.
Regular presentations via email or in person.
Accompaniment on buying trips in the Portland Metro and SW Washington area. Any road travel more than 2 hours is an additional travel fee, as is air travel.
Art collection management-basic record keeping and rotation of collection seasonally or as needed.
Art Concierge package includes:
Comprehensive discovery call or meeting to get to know you, what you are looking for, how many pieces, size/space specifications, time frame, and budget. If applicable, photos are taken on site or provided by the client.
Detailed research for artists and their art.
Presentation of artists, styles, examples, and price ranges given to client.
Coordination of art purchases or commissions.
Timelines are set in the case of commissions. 50% payment due to the artist at the start of the commission, and 50% due upon completion prior to delivery.
Travel costs (studio visits, art pick up if needed) within the greater Portland Metro area and SW Washington.
